
FEES
THE FEE AGREEMENT
Since the entry into force of Law no. 2015-990 of 6 August 2015, known as the "MACRON Law", which amends Article 10 of Law no. 71-1130 of 31 December 1971, Lawyers are required to:

to draw up a written Fee Agreement with his client (consumer or professional),
-
for all matters and all areas of intervention (consultation, assistance, advice, drafting of private documents, pleadings).
This obligation to submit a proposed fee agreement must be fulfilled before any services are rendered by the lawyer
The purpose of the Fee Agreement is therefore to set out :

he amount or method of determining the Fees,

the various Expenses envisaged,
-
the duration and limits of the Lawyer's assignment.

Billing includes two items:

DISBURSEMENTS
Correspond to the actual costs advanced by the Firm.
Bailiffs, correspondents, clerks, mortgages, cadastre, translators, etc …
II. THE FEES
SELARL Benoît LEGRU offers three formulas:
1. HOURLY COST
Time-based billing for:
A lawyer
A legal consultant
2. THE ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION
Concluded to allow the client to access the Firm's services in a priority and simplified manner in exchange for a fee fixed at a flat rate and payable tEvery month:
Volume of 50 annual hours
Volume of 100 annual hours
Volume of 150 annual hours
Volume of 200 annual hours

NB: In the event that a litigation procedure follows the advice service, the amount invoiced for the written consultation(s) is deducted from the litigation package.

III. RESULTS FEES
Corresponds to an additional fee excluding taxes, agreed with the client in the Fee Agreement, which may be added to the Flat Rate or to the Hourly Cost and which is only paid when the result is achieved.
IV. LEGAL PROTECTIONS
The cost of legal protection is deducted from the amount of the package chosen.
