A native of the Amiens region, Maurine STERZ-HALLOO passed the entrance exam for the Centre régional de formation professionnelle d'avocats in 2021.
Maurine STERZ-HALLOO holds a Master's degree in corporate law (specialising in employment law) from the Université de Picardie Jules Verne, and has developed a particular interest in employment law, serving both companies and individuals.
Her career plans were confirmed following two internships totalling 9 months, which she completed with Benoît LEGRU's firm in 2019 and 2021 as a trainee lawyer.
Keen to learn more about the business world, Maurine STERZ-HALLOO completed a 6-month internship with an association, during which she was able to deepen her area of expertise by learning about human resources management, from recruitment to termination of the employment contract, including collective relations and assistance with social audits.
Since 3 January 2022, Maurine STERZ-HALLOO has been a student lawyer, continuing the professional training of lawyers at IXAD Nord-Ouest.
Initially a work-study student with Benoît LEGRU's firm, Maurine STERZ-HALLOO completed her individual training project with IN EXTENSO AMIENS, a firm of chartered accountants.
Maurine STERZ-HALLOO discovered specific and complementary tasks such as social management, payroll, auditing and assistance with social inspections of companies before returning to Benoît LEGRU's firm at the end of January 2023 for her final training period.
